Very easy to install and use this app
Absolutely LOVE this app. It is super easy to install and customize. Within a few minutes of installation I was chatting with customers. My favorite thing about this app is I have been able to convert visitors with questions/concerns to happy customers. It has also provided me with really good insight on common concerns visitors may have. This has allowed me to quickly implement changes, updates, or adding valuable info to the site to reduce confusion and questions.
We use it with 6 agents since a year ago. Works fine, you can trust on it for your business, with excellent support and great team in chatra.io
Great App for a customer chat system. Simple to use and notifications guide you when you are setting the APP. NO CODING NEEDED.
You can create multiple logins and track each users chats and even pool them in to one archive. You can create automated messages using different rules and setup online/offline times.
This App is also great for converting sales as you can see what page your Live Users are looking at and assist at each step of the conversion by opening up a chatline.
