Great App for a customer chat system. Simple to use and notifications guide you when you are setting the APP. NO CODING NEEDED.

You can create multiple logins and track each users chats and even pool them in to one archive. You can create automated messages using different rules and setup online/offline times.

This App is also great for converting sales as you can see what page your Live Users are looking at and assist at each step of the conversion by opening up a chatline.

Highly recommended.

I've used almost every Shopify chat app available, Chatra surpasses everyone in customer service, user compatibility and layout. We will continue to use the service, it's fantastic and highly suggest to all ecommerce stores.

This app has been great and helpful in converting visitors to customers. Not the least bit overwhelming as I once believed live chat could be. The developer has also be incredibly responsive and accommodating. Thank you Chatra.

Wow! Awesome. The first weekend we had this installed, it proved its usefulness. Terrific options for when/where you want the chat window to pop up so as not to drive your customers away, but help them when they may be "on the fence" or need assistance (like that all-important check out page.) Also, options for personalized messages, design, etc. The accompanying app is totally rad! Need to step away from your computer? No problem. Chat from your phone! As a former customer care professional... I love it. Well done, Chatra. Well done!

Very impressed so far. Several very useful functions such as repeating alarm notification - previous chats appearing above your conversation etc.

I have used a number of chat services and this one is a perfect blend between affordability and great function.

Works beautifully in tandem with my mobile too - All very seemless and I love the fact even the alarm tone is the same.

It all makes a difference and improves the experience.

Customer interface is very clear - and pro - active rules ensure I pop up to help my customers at the right moments - Cannot fault it.
