This is an excellent app. It's very easy to install and use, and the additional mobile app is a huge bonus allowing us to stay in contact with customers pretty much whenever they have a question.

With Chatra not only have we being able to close sales, respond to queries, and provide support, we have also been able to further project our brand's personality beyond the webpage. So far I love this chat app. I really like being able to see what someone has in their cart, and even what they're typing in chat before they send it to me, so that I can start preparing for my answer to them. I think there are probably a feature or two from a previous app I used that I wish I had here, because I was used to those features, but that aside I definitely recommend this app. Thank you so much!!

No complaints, happy so far, and we've been using it for years. There is a time-zone difference, but emails are answered quickly for any issue.
