I use the free version and it is very reliable! I never miss a customer's message and the chat app works a treat on my phone. It has resulted in many sales as I can answer questions in real time. Thank you!

Great features, I have used several chats in the past and Chatra groups some of the most important and necessary features required to close the sale, for example the triggered messages, the capability of seeing before the customer sends the message and the possibility of seeing the pages and whether or not has an item on the cart.

Thanks for letting us try for 15 days, we took the one year discount.

OUTSTANDING app. You NEED this if you own an online store. Simple as that. I was very reluctant at the beginning to try it because, well that is how I am. I was stupid to wait so long.

Where do I start? This app has been a massive success for us. We are a small team that is always on the go. Between my office manager and myself we are available during peak ordering hours and are able to help clients with questions they may have.

1. We used to get a contact form filled out every two to three weeks. We now get three to five messages a week. Talk about missed opportunity. Not anymore.

2. The installation was super easy and literally took 3 minutes.

3. It shows me where on my site the client was and this allowed me assist them without having to identify what they were doing. (I helped design our site!!!)

Only downside is that my spell check isn't pulled over yet. Since I access it via my mobile app I tend to make a few mistakes.

I highly recommend this app!!!!!!!

This is a great app! The chat window is simple with a large setting and view. User experience is up to expectations. Our shopify plan is the basic plan and with this app, a basic plan can work like a super plan. Worth having it installed! Yaakov is a very helpful guy! He is always there to help whenever you need help on the app. He is a babywearer too!
