I love this app! I have used it for quite awhile and I even moved my site to a different platform without missing a beat. Great customer service and the options it gives are great. I am a paid subscriber but the cost is worth it as far as I am concerned. In addition to the chat on the site I get my Facebook messages for my business directly in the app so I can respond quickly. Would recommend this app to anyone!

Switched from another chat service to Chatra due mainly to its deep integration with Help Scout - chats and offline messages are added into Help Scout as new support tickets, giving us a full picture of customer support.

So far we're loving Chatra! With native desktop and mobile apps, our team is able to help customers with their orders or product enquiries anywhere.

Beautiful design and easy to install, but I never got notifications in real time. Customer service did reach out about this issue and offered several troubleshooting steps, unfortunately to no avail. Tested on a Samsung Galaxy S9+.

Excellent Application to provide live chat service to clients. Very effective for communication and additionally the free option is a bonus for those on a budget.

I have used quite a few apps like lucky orange , olark and preferred this

Integration - very easy
Professional looking
Does its job pretty well . Not as many frills and fancies as LO but well you pay a lot more there too.

The only place they could get better is in transferring chats between 2 operators is difficult.
Other than that a 5 star experience
