Hi everyone I picked up three chatting APP and checked out all of them but I chose Chatra because its support is amazing.The gurus walked me through patiently and even they helped me with coding as well that the other APP support team didn't do that.Chatra is a great app and easy to use I personally recommend you to use the APP.
Extremely simple and fast installation. Also very easy to customise the chat image, icon, colours, etc.
Haven't had any chat requests on it yet but so far so good!
Perfect. Love this app. It works perfectly is great value and easy to set-up and integrate into my Shopify store. It comes with some great settings to tweak to how you want it to work. Recommended.

Exactly what we were looking for. Thanks team! This app fits in nicely with our existing theme, is easy to use and maintain and most importantly works perfectly.
Works exactly the way we want. Already thousands in sales and quotes requested from this app. I would; however, recommend a more significant notification for someone in my position. I'm am doing multiple chats, emails, phone calls, deep web searches and such so sometimes the ding (I've tried them all with screen pop-ups lol) gets ignored by my brain. Everyone has different abilities to disregard sound subconsciously or may have hyper-focus and this involves the Corpus Callosum. So, if chatra company studies different ways to break through this using notifications, that would be great.
I use the app, I think it great. I have not had no problems using Live chat or chatBot. I would recommend this app to other others.
I love this app. Very easy to setup. Great features even with the free version. Plus room to grown and expand if as our sales increase in the future. Thank you for providing a free and affordable solution.
We use the free version and it's awesome! If you were selling a more premium/complex/subscription product that requires more input from customer service, I could definitely see how the premium version would be worth the $$.
