Best Live Chat app I've used so far. It's helpful to be able to see where on the store people are--even what they have in their shopping cart. It's a great time to let shoppers know you're available if they have questions. It's convenient to have the app on my phone and to be notified when someone is on the store no matter where I might be. Great tool for closing a sale.
This app is absolutely wonderful! A free app but with top notch service. They have accurate reports from people who visit your website, have excellent customer service as well and easy to use features. This app is a must have for Shopify owners.
Excellent app! Very easy to setup and looks great! Not invasive like some of the other chat apps! Can respond on PC and Mobile and very easy integration. Even sends email when you are offline so you can respond to customers. Has proven extremely useful. Highly recommended.
Great app! Incredibly easy to install and operate. Still early days for us but the checkout functionality is already assisting with retaining sales.
The app has a lot of nice features, also the best part for me is that it doesnt affect much in teh website loading time compare to tidio that I used before, the loading can still be improve though but it is the best so far.
We've been using Chatra for a month or so and we can't say anything bad about this App at all. It greatly helped us connect with our customers, especially those new customers that just found our website and were interested in our products. Chatra enables us to answer questions from curious customers as well as improve our communication to all other customers. Its feature of allowing us to reply either instantly via chat or via email helps us balance things and not get flooded with a lot of messages.
