I used this app to help increase sales and communication with customers. I have never had an app that did just what it said. We've made several sales chatting with customers who had questions regarding our products. Great App!

So far, it has been the easiest app to integrate that we have ever used and we have had no problems with it at all. If you have thought about a chat app, this is a great one.

Love the features of this app. It has really helped my sales when I am able to tell who is on my website, where they are from and what exactly they are looking at. All in real time.

This app is AWESOME, A++ all the way! There simply isn't any better chat app out there - this one is perfect and it works. Great for making customers happy and increasing conversions! Protects against cart abandonment too.

Setup in minutes, including a perfectly integrated iphone app. I was using Olark before but they had a really complex setup for mobile through a third-party app. Chatra is unified perfectly between laptop and phone and doesn't get tripped up if I try to use both in one conversation.
The only drawback was that customizing exact colours required some API code to be added to the site.
I highly recommend this app. In fact, I can't think of a reason why anyone wouldn't use this.

I was looking for an app that would allow me to answer customers questions through my mobile device and then I found Chatra.
I have Chatra integrated on both my US and CDN storefronts, and the mobile app allows me to answer customers from both sites.
Extremely easy to install, and support is quick and friendly.
I've already had multiple customers reach out through the app and I was able to help them instantly. This is a must have app!
