AMAZING. So so simple to use! They also have an app in the apple store that links up. Seriously, the best app ever. I highly recommend.

Great chat app, easy to use, and getting notifications on mobile and desktop is a nice touch. It is a little more expensive than some other chat apps so I would like to see integration with Facebook Messenger and Mailchimp eventually.

Chatra was a simple install and very easy to customize to match our theme. Best of all, it converts 99% of our (chat) visitors into customers. When a visitor can chat directly and instantly with us about a question, it's an opportunity for us to meet their needs in real time. They are more confident doing business with us because there is a level of trust they experience while speaking with someone directly. To be able to see what user is typing before they hit send, helps us to respond quickly and efficiently. We love the fact that it works just as well on mobile, and we can answer questions on the go! This app has got to be the best that I have used in my 6 months of online business experience. A little expensive for startups but to learn about your business and to understand what products attract customers more than the others, you will find all these learnings in here. My suggestion to the developers would be to take three types of plans with limited to full features at different prices to make it more affordable . Highly recommend it. Use the free version to understand how it works, it’ll meet your expectations .
