Very good Live chat app on http://www.RandomSwag.com ! Sure I've tried other live chat apps also worked well but with Chatra you also get a phone app that actually works!
Simply brilliant. Easy to set up and really works. I love that you can see what the user is typing before they press send so that you can prepare your response.
Brilliant feature that allows you to see who is online and what page they are on so you can start a chat.
The product has amazing potential, but the SW is not fully functional and has quite a few glitches that are confusing or upsetting customers. IE - the programmed triggers don't adhere to the master business hour schedule and often times I get chat messages from my other agents. Also, the desktop and mobile do not communicate properly. IE - you have to be logged onto both at a time, which makes a lot of system delays and overkill on having too many agents on one call.
Good plans, smart company, but the software is not ready for a large business with a lot of traffic.
This app really helped me when I first launched my website. I was able to take swift action to fix the glitches that were discovered when the first few customers tried to place their orders.
I love that you can integrate with Messenger Chat making it easy to have one place to manage all communication.
Having a chat feature installed for any launch is vital to ensure you are readily available for customers to ask questions but also to be alerted of any issues with the site. It helps you stay on top of things and avoid having frustrated customers.

I really like this app. It has the same features as some of the other chat offerings available but for a much more reasonable investment. I like how I can use it on my Shopify store as well on another ecommerce store not on Shopify.
The Live Chat of Chatra is really good. Visitor use to like to click it to contact us. The Chabot and other features I did not tried, but I was surprised how well the chat worked.
Chatra changed the game for us. Easy to use & makes communicating with customers so much faster and easier.
