Bonne application de Chat, pour le moment ca se passe bien. Installation facile le dashboard est simple pas trop de tracas.

We have tried many chatting apps, and definitely Chatra is the best one. The support team is very friendly and helpful.
It is smooth and also has a modern widget, and yet the pricing plan is very reasonable.
Simply, it is a necessary app for any online store owner.

I use this app in my shopify store. It is great! I just wish that the realtime visitor list was on the free option. Right now I don't need anything else until I can start making money in the store. Other than that it is everything I need

AMAZING! I'm new to shopify so I didn't even know something like this could have existed. For now, I'm going to use the free version for a while, but as soon as I have enough sales and $ to spend on the paid version, I'm getting it. Thank you so much!

The app is amazing and so easy to setup and use! I am glad that I switched from Tidio to Chatra. My site is way faster and the app let's us manage every details of automated targeted chats and triggers. Great customer service also. Go for it!

Excellent app. Replaced facebook chat with Chatra for easier customer experience and it's working out great

The idea behind it is wonderful. Easy to set up and defintiely useful. However my staff complained that when we are online, it suddenly goes offline in the middle of chatting. Also we are online, but sometimes it appears we aren't and our customers have to send us an offline message instead.

I would wait for them to fix all these problems before installing at it gives us more problems than when we didn't have a live chat function.

Also, tried to uninstall from the dashboard, can't. Needed to go into my theme to edit the html and for someone who isn't savvy with code, this is a hassel.

Wonderful app! I like the reports they provide in the Pro plan. Support was great — friendly and knowledgeable!

Thre is no free plan as it's mentioned when we register. After 14 days they start to harass you with emails to upgrade and for review then they block access to the online list. The biggest lie is that they show you a list of supposedly online visitors from everywhere in the world and tell you if you want to unlock and chat with them you need to upgrade. I checked my account and no one was online in real time. I give one star because the system forced me to give at least one if not zero stars. I deleted the App. it does not worth with lies.
