we used this app for couple of years- but last week google took our ads off because of the app , it said it has malicious software
we have since taken the app off- though we still have 3 months left on the price paid
But the ads are back online ,

We understand how frustrating this must be, and we want to clarify that this situation was unfortunately beyond our control, as it originated with Google’s automated processes. We take user security very seriously: we perform antivirus checks on all uploaded files and maintain strict security protocols.
Google’s detection systems flagged a potential malware risk in a file uploaded via our chat widget, resulting in the temporary blocking of the domain we use for file hosting. To address this quickly, we migrated to a new domain and confirmed there was no actual risk to our users. Google unblocked the original domain on October 30, indicating it was likely a false alarm.
However, Google Ads support may still be working with outdated information, so some customers may need to contact Google directly for the resolution to reactivate ads.

Used successfully for almost 3 years. All of a sudden stopped working and their customer support is worthless. Save you "AND YOUR CUSTOMERS" the hassle and look for something else!!!!
We are sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues with Chatra! We currently do not see any issues in your account. Both the chat widget and the email integration are working, and messages arrive in your Chatra account. When you talked to our support team, you had an issue with the email forwarding. We asked you to share a screenshot of the forwarding settings in your email client, but unfortunately, we never received a reply. We see that emails are now being successfully forwarded to your Chatra account, so most probably you already updated the settings or reconnected your mailbox. If you still have issues with anything else, please let us know.
Does not work and doesn't notify me when someone is trying to chat, I have the paid version and it does not come along with any sort of support besides for them telling me I need to turn my volume up on my phone... I know how to use my device that is obviously not the issue. The support team is unwilling to assist, I guess they have not solution for their crappy system.
App never opens in time. Always freezes.
Your ad in Shopify said this was $19 a month (or $15 a month if the full year is paid at once), but after installing it I see that it is $15/mth per agent. All five of my agents are part time and working from home. This would cost me $75 a month. That is insane! Your app is not worth that much money and I am ultra annoyed that your pricing was so wrong. I have wasted too much time on your app. Shame on you for being so deception.

We did not mean to deceive you, you can always check the detailed information about our plans at chatra.com/plans or if you click on the "See all pricing options" button on our Shopify app page. There, we clearly show that the price is per agent, and it's a common practice for helpdesk tools to charge on a per-agent basis.
Also, please note that you don't have to pay for all registered agents in Chatra. For example, if you have 5 agents, but only 2 of them are online at a time, a subscription for 2 agents will be enough. Agents can take turns: when one goes offline, another connects.
