Chatty: Livechat Helpdesk, FAQ

This is an awesome free app, simple to set up, its has CSS editor so I can make it look like it actually belongs on the site. I like the chat object, its exactly what I wanted. Nothing fancy, but awesome. Emily from Customer Service was also super helpful with anything I needed. I definitely recommend this app.

Also, tried the support. The replied quickly on the chat, and Jasmine fixed the problem in no time with charming and personal answers. Just the way I like support services to be. Thumbs up!

The app offers everything that has been described, i know it because they have jasmine from the customer service, she answered within seconds and answered all my questions, the app totally worth it if they have a great customer support like her

So far I'm very impressed with this app. And it's free too. The support is VERY fast and very good. Thank you Jasmine & Emily for your quick help. I haven't been using this app for that long so I can't say anything about the speed and how it affects the store, but I will see that later. So far, so good!
