I can only say positive things about this app and the support. Its completely free and has a lot of great features and is easy to set up. The support (Juliana) was very friendly and can you help you with any request. can highly recommend for stores on a budget.
The support provided by Esther has been exceptional, offering prompt assistance and guidance as we navigate the Avada app.
Very easy to use. Customer support is also super helpful and responsive. Will definitely be using on more of my sites.

It does so much for an app with excellent customer service! Every time I have a problem, I open the chatbot and get someone to help within 10 minutes most times. The customization is excellent. My only suggestion would be to allow the Track Order to have a page or allow us to put it on the top/bottom of the FAQ page. Other than that, I think it's great. I love how connected it is as well.
its really a great experience with Aisha. She is really a good service agent. You should hire some more agents like her.
Wer auf der Suche ist um seinen Kundenfragen zu beantworten ist hier genau richtig! Tolle App und ein mega suporrt Esther und Tony haben mir sehr geholfen bei der Anpassung :)

I currently added this app to my store - great, and pretty easy to use. I needed quick tech support for something minor, and they did it and answered within minutes. Also it works with my theme just fine. So far so good! Thanks guys
