Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat

Added this app to our Shopify store and had a couple of set-up issues. Tiana from the helpdesk was super quick to jump on the chat and even faster in rectifying and troubleshooting the issues I had. So far, the app works brilliantly and works well within our shop front. Will keep playing with it and adding to it so that it is more customised.

Jasmine and William were extremely helpful spending a great deal of time helping me walk through the process of creating a FAQ page and working through some Shopify bugs. I am very grateful and recommend this company!

Customer service is very good! Prakesh helped answer all my questions and addressed some issues I had. Wish there were other layouts to choose from, but overall, a simple and clean FAQ to add to your website.

So far my experience has been amazing with this app. It's easy to navigate and function and any additional customizations I wanted the helpdesk with Abby was very knowledgeable and got all of those things set up quickly for me.
