When it comes to technical support experts, Hana sets remarkable standards. Her invaluable skills not only helped me customize the website to my needs but also made the entire process enjoyable. Such an employee should definitely be appreciated.

So far I was very happy using this app because of several reasons:
1) it's very lightweight and doesn't slow down your store (while some other apps increase blocking time by 500-1000 ms!); 2) easy to set up and customize; 3) I had just one error during setting this app and support agent Emily was very quick and helpful with resolving this issue.

There was a problem with the widget displaying on the site. Hana promptly helped to fix it, thank you. Amazing app

This app made my FAQ more professional and easygoing. The customer support from the Avada team is excellent and prompt. Especially, Esther was so helpful and prompt in her support. They always get back as soon as possible. Additionally, they solved my issues from their end without asking me to do many tasks to resolve them.
