I am still working out how to use the app so I can't quite comment on the app just yet, but it seems good so far. easy to set up with a few minor tweaks and adjustments with the help of support.

This app is easy to integrate and when I faced any issues along the way, their customer service was prompt to assist. In particular, I was served by Nolan who was quick in responding and was really helpful every step of the way. Excellent service.

A bit disappointed that you are not able to upload any profile photos to match your chat avatar. THey can only grab your logo from your Shopify store which won't work bc my logo is cut off. There isn't a way to upload any photos via chat either. Hopefully, they will offer these in the future.

Regarding your concern about uploading profile photos to match your chat avatar, we understand the current limitation where only the logo from your Shopify store can be used, which might not work if the logo is cut off. We have forwarded this request to our development team for consideration. In the meantime, you can change the logo using CSS if that helps.
As for the ability to upload photos via chat, we're pleased to inform you that this feature is currently in development and is estimated to be released soon. We will definitely notify you once it is rolled out.
we noticed that we haven't had the chance to communicate directly yet. We hope you consider reinstalling the app so we can provide better support and ensure you get the most out of our service.
