Just installed this app, and the live chat with Kevin was very helpful he answered my questions right away even at midnight my time he was quick and helpful. I love the easy set up of the app and the ability to customize it to my shop. Love that customers can easily track their orders without having to reach out.
I was having trouble integrating the FAQ Page into my store - thanks to Lydia and William from the Live support, my problem was solved in minutes.

I have been having the best experience with the Avada WhatsApp Chat FAQ page. The reason that my experience has been great is beacuse of the assistance I have been given when I have a question. Lydia and Tony went above and beyond to assist me with adjusting some settings on the chat and that turned out perfectly! I was actually a little hesitant to try to add teh chat myself, but the customer service is exceptional. I greatly appreciated the time and effort Lydia and Tony gave.

Recently, we updated our current FAQ on our website using Avada. This app has a user-friendly interface and includes a direct customer interaction feature via live chat. It's free and easy to install, and the support team is available 24/7 for assistance with any issues or coding needs. We had some issues to fix, and all the CS (Sunny, Lydia, Tiana & William) were super helpful!
The app is easy to configure and get running in a few minutes. The ability to customize the UI and add custom CSS is a plus. Much thanks to Hana who made sure that I am happy and able to work around the app.
