Hana is always quick to answer and really great help. Great support
Onboarding was smooth with the help of Lydia, who was there to help with any questions.
Great app, great customer service, and it's Free.
It's mostly a FAQ app though, as there isn't any chat integration. It just redirects to your what's app or messenger open's email app.

So far the support has been amazing from the team. They respond very quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Hana for her help with a page issue. :)
It would be great if there was a feature to customise the URL and more styling options. Everything else works amazing :)

Are they purposely limiting the FAQ questions so that we have to reach out to customer support to get unlimited? And then funneling us to write a review? I don't know for sure, but it seems like it. I haven't even tested out the product yet on my store. Will update my stars if it is good.
Update: The product worked well. I did have an issue but the customer support helped very quickly. I'd recommend using the app. Changing from 2 to 4 stars.
This review is not for the app just yet as I have just installed it and will be using it. But the help desk service from Esther is 5 stars, very quick in responding, thank you
