Chatty: Live chat Helpdesk FAQ

Helpful and quick support from Hana! Useful app too, with some level of customization and an easy way to bring up FAQ to users.

This is one of the easiest apps I've every used. And in case you have issues (I had a small one), customer service is quick and easy. I connected with Jasmine and she resolved the issue without much fuss. I would recommend this app very much.

Up until now it seems to be very useful. Easy to set up. I had an issue with an error adding new questions but got instant support; Hana solved it pretty quickly. She was very nice :)
