The app and support are incredibly good and Hana is very easy to communicate with and was able to solve my problem in just a few minutes. I definitely recommend the app and would like to thank Hana very much.

So far I'm quite happy with this particular app for my store's FAQ page. I've tried several different apps for the same thing over the past week and Chatty is the best. I had a technical issue come up and luckily a chat box popped up ready to help me. I'm so thankful to Esther from the chat who resolved the issue in less than 3 minutes. It has been so easy and quick to set up.
