I've been impressed by the robust features Chatty has across the app. I found it while searching for solutions to add a neater customer FAQ page/help center to my site and ended up being surprised by how well developed its full customer-chat widget was. The ChatGPT integration for better automated customer support is a bonus. Plus, all these features are available on the Free plan, and the paid plans seem quite reasonable should I need to scale to add more support agents. The app's support team has been very responsive with helping me, as well. Thanks for the assistance, Damian.

At first glance you may say "wow look at this cool app it has a ton of great reviews and features", but do not be fooled. The features pick and choose when they want to work and the support is mediocre at best. They pass things on to a different departments that work in time zones across the world so there is isn't any instant support.

At sign up I was told instagram support was coming in 2 weeks. 4 weeks into using the software there is no instagram support.

Emails do not always come through. They pick and choose when they want to come in.

I would not recommend this for any company with heavy traffic as it will upset your customers.

The reviews in my opinion are fake. They support agents help you setup the software and prey on simple minded users who are happy to give a review without actually using the product for sometime. After using it I would not recommend this product and do not believe it is a 5 star product. it is 2.5 at best with very limited features and a good looking ui.

Hana and Raymond have been helping me throughout the integration process for my website. They are so polite and so helpful teaching me what was wrong and resolving all of my issues. Awesome addition to our store. Relatively easy to implement and so far worth it! Customer service has been very helpful and fast. Very good too as the responses are customizable in the backend, which is paramount for our store and brand. Thanks team Chatty! Great APP to lessen the personal emails and help respond to more people -- when my two hands are not sufficient enough to respond to all messages.

Exactly what I was looking for! And boy, did I try a load of Chat apps. Service is amazing too! Had an issue with setting up translations but Hana came to the rescue. 5 minutes and everything was running smoothly. The cost is also very reasonable compared to others. Highly recommend.

The Chatty App does not have the most features out of all of the live chat apps, but it does have everything required in a live chat application. What it does do exceptionally well is work like it is should. It works without slowing your website down, and without causing any issues. If you do have any issues with it. Their live chat support is great and it seems like they are always available when I need them, which is rare with me being in the U.S.

The Avada team is amazing. Audrey was great and helped me with a simple issue. Then got me setup with some more advance settings. Great to work with great product.
