Customer service is very good! Prakesh helped answer all my questions and addressed some issues I had. Wish there were other layouts to choose from, but overall, a simple and clean FAQ to add to your website.

App does exactly what I needed it for. And the support is great too. Esther helped me solve all my queries very patiently and made sure that everything works. Really appreciate her work and support! Highly recommended app.

The Avada app works great. Created a perfectly functioning FAQ page and had quick, efficient customer support. Liz was able to help me out with everything I need.

This app was easy to use. Aisha helped me with needed info to get started. Though my preferred local language was not available. It was easy to edit the app with my preferred language.
