Prakash was incredibly helpful. I requested support, had to wait less than 5 minutes, and my requests were solved within a few minutes. Overall very pleased with the support.
The app seems great, haven't tested it at scale but comes with pre-loaded FAQs and the functionality so far has been excellent.
