Great app for increasing conversions and retaining customers with Live Chat. Bonus is FAQs which can be customized easily.

Best thing about Chatty is the customer support. Almost immediate live support, shout out to Hana for the great support in on-boarding and explaining the settings and features.

Overall very much satisfied with this wonderful app true to its cause.

This is a great app with fantastic service. Hana from the Live chat team is super helpful and responds quickly. We had a small styling issue which she resolved within a minute! Support pages are helpful too. The app is easy to navigate with plenty of features. Looks really professional. Useful to have both the pop-up and FAQ page, plus the optional chat option. Very impressive for a free app. I'd highly recommend it.
