I definitely would reccomend this app for others to use. Hana did an amazing job assisting me.

It's very useful tool for my online shop. I used the default inbox in the past, but I found Chatty is more helpful. The FAQs function and Email integration saved time and made us more efficient, I'm recommend it, and you can't imagine it's all free. Thanks a lot, Chatty team.
