Great app so far. Very easy to setup and use. Had some troubles with a translation that did not work well. Contacted support for this. Answered and solved within minutes, great! Could do with some extra features but they have a section where you can suggest an option yourself or vote on options that others have suggested. And they are actually doing something with the feedback. (Not something you see every day.) Of course 5 stars as this app does exactly what is promised and... it's free!

AVADA is a great app. With great features and customer service (thanks by Liz). I would recommend AVADA to anyone!

Im verry happy with the support experience! Hana responded very quick and helped me a lot! I would definitely recommend this app.

so far so good! Will update if my experience changes. but cant complain much with it being free!

UPDATE: This app is AMAZEBALLS! The FAQ page is clean and easy to use. Everything is super user-friendly and easy to use. No coding is required. The best part is it is FREE!! Do not pay for a FAQ app, just use this one and you wont regret it! The added "chat" widget is super cool too!
