Good service. nice interface. and the support team is fast and helps me solve the problem quickly. it is a must have app on your shopify website.

I've been impressed by the robust features Chatty has across the app. I found it while searching for solutions to add a neater customer FAQ page/help center to my site and ended up being surprised by how well developed its full customer-chat widget was. The ChatGPT integration for better automated customer support is a bonus. Plus, all these features are available on the Free plan, and the paid plans seem quite reasonable should I need to scale to add more support agents. Setting up the FAQs hub was a breeze, and it’s great for helping customers find answers on their own without waiting for a response.

The chat widget customization is straightforward, letting me match it to my brand in just a few clicks. I’ve also tried the order tracking feature, which seems really convenient for letting customers check their order status on the go.

I have to mention the outstanding customer support I’ve received so far. Hana and Damian have been incredibly helpful, guiding me through the setup process and answering all my questions promptly. Their support has made my first day using the app a great experience.
