I'm currently in the process of configuring Chatty for our store, and I am already impressed with the app's potential. The setup process has been smooth, thanks to the clear instructions and intuitive interface.

I recently started using Chatty, and I couldn't be more impressed! This live support app is fantastic, providing quick and efficient assistance whenever I need it. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate. What really stands out, though, is the support team—they're incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether I have a question or need guidance, they’re always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. Overall, Chatty has significantly improved my customer support experience. Highly recommend!

I installed it because I liked the fact that I could choose whether or not to display the chat, and that I could also choose to display only the FAQs. The support was fast and helpful when I had problems. (Thanks Judy, Emily, and Kevin!).
I can see the progress of features under development and look forward to the future.
Although not included in the list, I would like to see a feature added that would allow us to analyze access to FAQs so we can see what our customers are having trouble with.

Fantastic app and cannot believe this is free! The FAQs are easy to build and and look great on the site. The chat widget is exceptional and has a mobile app so you can instantly reply to your customers, show them products, offer them promotions etc. The support team are also great and shoutout to Damian, Kevin and Judy who work tirelessly 24/7 with instant live support!
