This app is very comprehensive and feature-packed. Hana was really helpful when we got set up, and it was a seamless experience.

This integrated FAQ, Desk-help/Chat app is brilliant at the many tasks it does, Brilliant app and well thought-out design. It really enhances customer and web-store transparency and communication tasks all in one place. The fact this app allows a web-store to present commonly asked FAQ's up-front make this app great. Clean, simple and brilliant well thought-out design. Customer support Abby was friendly and kind to help with questions I had to get the job done :). The setup also is straight forward to handle, and has more options to add to the FAQ if needed. Great app Avada friends! Thanks for such an app. I am happy with it. :)

Really good app with many useful features that are easy to use. I had one issue with a page not found error when editing but the team instantly resolved it and I was back to work on it in no time.

This a really great 'help/FAQ' app for any store, and its FREE! Live chat was very helpful. Esther was amazing in helping me remove the AVADA branding as well as clarifying a few things for me. Glad to have found this app, I also use AVADAS other app for emails popups - that is also a great app.
