I needed help with fixing some of the settings on my live chat. Hana was able to get it fixed right away and provided great customer service. She was even able to fix a different issue I didn't even know about. Great customer service from Hana!

I’ve been testing this app, and so far, it’s been impressive! The features are intuitive and seem well-designed, making it easy to navigate even while it’s still in testing. Since Shopify's own inbox function is relatively limited, I found this app. It brings me many functions. And the setting is very simple.
