The chat service was very helpful, polite and quick to respond. No issues using the app as of late and I find the setup and layout all very intuitive.

This in my opinion is the best FAQs pages App, the support is very kind and very friendly. I met with a support member named Sunny ,she is very very frinedly and kind with me.
Overall the app is perfect!

Avada and Emily fixed my chat issues with this new app. So grateful! I didn't know my other one didn't work right. It was so easy I really didn't need much help, but I was really excited to see that an actual person was online to help me, without having to wait for an email or till operating hours to reply. I just had to say Hello and there was Emily! Responding immediately! thank you
