Great app. I had a few little issues, used the Avada help chat and got connected with Liz after just a few second. She was unbelievable knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. All issues got resolved in a heartbeat. What a great customer service experience.

Avada's customer service is super good. I love the way their agents talk to me. Also, their app is easy to use. But I still need more function like intergrading to more channels.

The app itself was easy to set up and blended cohesively with my current theme. Tracy helped me eliminate the limitation of the # of questions I could post on the page and as I was working through and had more questions, Emily was able to give me a hand. Both reps were friendly and helpful and the fact that the app is free as well, can't ask for more to be honest!
