We switched to AVADA when we were told that another FAQ application was going to be paid for.
We received support immediately after installation and they responded with great speed.

Are they purposely limiting the FAQ questions so that we have to reach out to customer support to get unlimited? And then funneling us to write a review? I don't know for sure, but it seems like it. I haven't even tested out the product yet on my store. Will update my stars if it is good.
Update: The product worked well. I did have an issue but the customer support helped very quickly. I'd recommend using the app. Changing from 2 to 4 stars.
I wanted an accordion FAQ for my site and this app definitely delivers that, and for free. The customer service is exceptional and very responsive. The interface is clear and intuitive. I had it up and working with all my FAQs online within an hour. And I customised it to fit my branding so it looks nice on the site.
I did have a couple of minor grumbles. One of the first things I had to do was enter my phone number for the What'sApp pop-up - which I didn't want to use. It turned out that even though I entered my phone number, the pop-up wouldn't be active until I enabled it. So I just haven't enabled it. But I would have preferred to not have to enter my phone number at all. Or at least to know in advance that I'd be able to leave it disabled. It just made me unnecessarily nervous about using the app.
Also, after you reach ten FAQs it asks you to contact support to have more enabled. Which they did straightaway. So why did I have to contact support? It seemed a bit of a pointless step.
As I said, minor grumbles, and I am very happy with the end result and rapid customer service hence the 5 stars.
I am very impressed with the widget and the feedback that I received from the chat technician Jasmine & their developer Tony at Avada, they were very prompt in their response and their feedback was very helpful. I also appreciate the fact that the chat button works beautifully as intended. I would highly recommend this widget and feedback system to anyone who is looking for a way to improve their customer communications.
