I'm incredibly satisfied with the Chatty app, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their Shopify store. It's super easy to use and extremely helpful for streamlining communication with customers. The app works flawlessly and has quickly become an essential part of my store's operations.

On top of that, their support is fantastic! Charles, their support agent, has been a great help—very responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about solving any issues. This level of customer service really stands out.

Overall, Chatty is a must-have app for any Shopify store owner. Five stars!

I want to express my gratitude to Judy for the amazing support she provided. I was struggling to figure out how to change the language of the chatbox and the FAQ section, and Judy guided me step by step through the entire process. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, making everything easy to understand. Thanks to her help, I was able to make the changes without any issues. I’m really thankful for her assistance and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of support!

I installed Chatty, after being disappointed by other chat bots, that over-promised but under-delivered! Chatty is very intuitive, especially if you are exhausted with balancing high complexity apps and code. It's perfect for beginners! The interface is sleek, easy, and easy to navigate. Just had a quick question and chat with customer support and the support is absolutely amazing! Alyssa helped me so much in my set up phase, so thank you so much! She deserves a raise! Hands down! I am super pleased with the whole package! What you see is truly what you get!

Edit: after talking to more customer service people and having a minor issue resolved super fast, it is my opinion that ALL the customer service people and devs DESERVE A RAISE! Avada girl, you need to protect your team at all cost! And thank you for supporting young businesses by offering this high quality app for free! I will definitely use more Avada apps in the future! I am raving like I am on Love Parade, but I am truly appreciative of what customer service, the devs and Avada do to help out young businesses!

The app works great, but there are two key features that would significantly enhance its functionality:

Google Analytics Integration: The ability to track conversations as conversions in Google Analytics is crucial for any business running campaigns. This feature is essential for measuring the app's impact on our marketing efforts.

reCAPTCHA Support: Implementing a reCAPTCHA feature to prevent bots from easily contacting businesses through the chat is vital for maintaining the quality of interactions.

We received excellent assistance and support from Kevin when we reached out about the second point. His help was much appreciated.

Nice app, it helped me a lot to communicate with customers and even I got an order viatapp. There are many options, so you dont have to be always online. Very good for a small, boutique companies but also capable of working with big companies as well.
