I’ve just begun using this app, and I’m thrilled with how it’s going so far. The interface is user-friendly, and the features are perfectly suited for managing my online store. At first, I had a few questions, but Prakash from the support team was fantastic. He answered all my questions quickly and efficiently, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.

Today marks my first day using this app, and I’m already impressed! The live chat feature is fantastic for providing instant customer support, making it easier to engage visitors and encourage sales. Setting up the FAQs hub was a breeze, and it’s great for helping customers find answers on their own without waiting for a response.

The chat widget customization is straightforward, letting me match it to my brand in just a few clicks. I’ve also tried the order tracking feature, which seems really convenient for letting customers check their order status on the go.

I have to mention the outstanding customer support I’ve received so far. Hana and Damian have been incredibly helpful, guiding me through the setup process and answering all my questions promptly. Their support has made my first day using the app a great experience.

So far, I’m really pleased with the app and look forward to seeing how it continues to improve my store’s customer service!

Fantastic app and cannot believe this is free! The FAQs are easy to build and and look great on the site. The chat widget is exceptional and has a mobile app so you can instantly reply to your customers, show them products, offer them promotions etc. The support team are also great and shoutout to Damian, Kevin and Judy who work tirelessly 24/7 with instant live support!

Really good app with everything you need. Specially for being free, exceeds expectations. Also customer support is really good - special mention to Hana, who's been super helpful and resourceful with a few issues I had.
