I experienced an error code while installing the app, in doing so. i was immediately sent to the chat box and helped by Prakash. within minutes it was resolved and i was able to move on!

The app is easy to set up and use. Customer service is 24/7 available and Audrey helped with a lot how-to questions and was fast and informative.

Great live chat app, fully functional and completely free. Customer support is responsive and Hana was eager to help with my questions. I'm willing to subscribe if they support quick replies to messages from notification emails in the future. Overall, worth 5 stars!
