This is a beautiful app that's easy to use and has an excellent support team to boot.

I got help via email from Lydia and via live chat from Linda. Both were very quick to respond — any issues I had were resolved within the day.

I'm using this in conjunction with Shopify Inbox. If their live chat feature gets developed further, I might switch over to just using this.

Great app overall. Would highly recommend!

Finally, a live chat tool that is multilanguage, has quick replies (a customer can select), and is hassle-free. Very friendly and fast replies by Tiana and Nikita of the support team. Highly recommend!
