Excellent platform! Rosie from their team helped me set up a few things. Quick responses. Some features are still under development, but the core offering works well - live chats, faqs. They are moving in the right direction!
Simple and easy to set up, customizable and above all, quick and effective help when I needed it.
They also have a nice feature where users easily can add suggestions to the app developers and where users can thumbs up or comment on others suggestions.
Hana was very quick, polite, and professional with getting my issue resolved.
very easy to use! technical support is just super solved the problem very quickly, operator Alissa helped a lot
