I have just started using it, but so far so good. The "chat" service where "Hana" has attended me has been super fast and effective, in a moment they have solved my problem. A 10 for this app! Thank you.

The FAQ page I created by Aveda is very useful for our customers and they love it! Though I am new to e-commerce and new to the platform, Lydia from Avada team helps me all the time when I have issues, great team and great product

So far I was very happy using this app because of several reasons:
1) it's very lightweight and doesn't slow down your store (while some other apps increase blocking time by 500-1000 ms!); 2) easy to set up and customize; 3) I had just one error during setting this app and support agent Emily was very quick and helpful with resolving this issue.
