I started using this App for the FAQ. Always needed in any store. It is incredibly easy to set up and incredibly easy to navigate.

I had a few questions, and I immediately got Esther online. In 2 minutes, she solved everything without any extra explanation.

I can only say I wish all Apps on Shopify had such service instead of being told no one is around from Friday to Monday. If you sell in the digital age, you need to be able to answer customers immediately or at least within a few hours.

Avada did not disappoint, Not in the App, Esther's service, or the ease of use. If you need a FAQ this is the app!

I would recommend this app, as it allows my FAQ section to look as I wanted and comfortable to use for my clients. It's simple to use, and they provide fast assistance, which is really important.

I had some small issues with my FAQ page. Just ask Hallyfe, and he'll sort it out for you in no time. Really well and quickly arranged.

目前使用感还是不错的,很多比较细节的地方可以设置,,除了点小问题,相应比较快,Hana也很迅速的帮我解决了

I installed the chat FAQ page and misunderstood the functionalities of it. I contacted support and spoke with Hana who guided me very well on how it works and made suggestions. It was very easy to follow. Unfortunately the app doesn't have a live chat option which is what I need to have quick contact with customers. None the less the advice was taken on board and other app suggestions were made.
