Ich habe zwar erst begonnen die FAQ Seite aufzubauen, dennoch hebt sie sich bereits von anderen sehr ab. Habe hier viel mehr Möglichkeiten was das Design betrifft. So kann ich die FAQ Seite noch besser an mein Shop Design anpassen. Der Kundenservice, vor allem Esther stand mir mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und konnte mir bisher bei allen Fragen sofort eine Lösung anbieten.

So far I was very happy using this app because of several reasons:
1) it's very lightweight and doesn't slow down your store (while some other apps increase blocking time by 500-1000 ms!); 2) easy to set up and customize; 3) I had just one error during setting this app and support agent Emily was very quick and helpful with resolving this issue.
