We use chatty for our website to be able to support and assist every customer during their nvaigation. The app is very easy to set up and link to any shopify based website and it learns very fast.
The test environment is very helpful and the support team is always present and amazing. Had an issue last night and Hana was efficient and fast in providing a solution helping us continuously optimizing our littl chat bot.

As for the Chatty app, I’m genuinely impressed. It meets all my expectations and allows me to offer my customers a smooth and enjoyable user experience. I run a store in the pet niche, and it’s very important to me that we communicate with our customers in an enthusiastic and always positive tone. Even while I was asleep, the bot managed to do exactly that – it interacted with my customers naturally, almost like a human, while also keeping certain sensitive information private and confidential.
I highly recommend this app: with Chatty, I know my customers will always receive reliable 24/7 service and never lack support.

Pour le moment je viens d'installer l'application. J'ai eu de nombreuses questions sur le paramétrage, et j'ai rarement vu un support client qui répond aussi vite et avec les bonnes informations. Ils répondent en quelques minutes, en prenant le temps de bien regarder ce que vous demandez (fini les attentes interminables de réponses).
Merci infiniment à Hana qui a su prendre le temps de m'aiguiller sur toutes mes questions. Je vous souhaite une bonne journée et une très bonne continuation.
Je recommande Chatty AI Chatbot (en plus ils ajoutent de nouvelles features au fur et à mesure des demandes clients, c'est très appréciable). :)
As a free plan App, it has all the tools required to keep the conversation going with the customer. Additionally, the Q&A (FAQ section) offers customers a quick glance at the important question you can personally outline. This is a very helpful reference guide.
The customer support is quick to answer (thank you Sonny) to provide details to integrate the software.
We have not used the AI tools yet, but the 'quick answers' feature allows you to preprogram an answer to a common question.
So far so good! What sets this app apart is APRIL! Wow. I had just launched and realized my chatty wasn’t fully set up. She was so diligent. So professional. So patient. My goodness April has the patience of a saint! She treated me so very kindly and repeated the same thing in many ways until it clicked. She’s a credit to the app and a reason to stay!!
The Chatty app and team are always on hand and always very helpful. I have recently learned about a new feature 'Proactive Cart Booster' and I look forward to setting this up to see how this performs by recovering sales. I was shown this by Hana at the Chatty team, who has been most helpful and very patient with me when explaining how to use this feature, as well as explaining the new incoming Whatsapp feature to Chatty and taking on my recommendation. I look forward to using the Whatsapp feature as the Chatty app has been so helpful with assisting with customer queries.
Chatty has recently added more customisation controls so I will be testing those.
Would recommend Chatty.
Je suis en train de tester l'application rapide et facile à mettre ne place le support est très réactif merci à hana, il vont même demander au support technique de voir s'il y'a moyen de faire une connexion avec une autre de mes application de bundle pour que le chatbot ia soit parfaitement coordonnée avec mon offre actuelle.

This platform perfectly complements the features that Shopify’s official inbox cannot provide. It’s truly outstanding. The chat functionality is excellent, enabling centralized management of the entire customer support process—from assigning support team members to handling FAQs.
