What can I say, this is an awesome Chat app. We've been using it for about a month now. It has everything you could possibly need along with a very intuitive AI assistant. The support if you have a problem is amazing, Hana, helped resolve a few niggles I was having in a very quick and friendly manner. Worthy of 5 stars.
I’ve been using Chatty: Live chat Helpdesk FAQ for a while now, and it’s been great. The apps are easy to use, and I love how customisable everything is. The designs look really good too.
Jade is also fantastic. They were quick to help me when I had an issue and made sure everything was sorted out. It’s been a smooth experience overall.
Overall, I’m really happy with both Chatty: Live chat Helpdesk FAQ and Jade. They make things simple and easy.

It's easy to use and set up and if you have any issues, Hana and Maison are friendly and most importantly quick to respond and help with any fixes.

Excellent customer service. Everything is free, except a Messenger connection. WhatsApp, SMS, Insta, phone calls. Etc. All free to connect.

Perfect addition to our website. It has helped us answer a lot of FAQ, provide faster customer service and get more orders. Highly recommend. When I had a question, Abby was super helpful and quick to respond. Excellent customer service as well!
Does not send you instant notifications, help was not useful through support. Stay away from this if you want to offer the best customer support. We have missed multiple conversations because of the lack of notifications/delays. Sometimes we won't be notified at all. USE shopify inbox. Way better.

There is lots of support for the app, easily install and links to all channels including social media.
i got answers really quick and they solved my problem. They indeed reported one additional incident that will be fixed soon i hope!
Nice easy and user friendly app - very supportive chat assistants as well available for 24/7 for any questions!
Happy with this app which is very affordable and in terms of functionalities similar as Zendesk or Freshworks!
