I had an awesome and quick support from Juliana even when the app itself its free, still setting it up but so far app seems great

I'm using this app to implement a FAQ page for my customers. I wanted to remove the default "Powered By Avada" which is at the bottom of the generated FAQ page, so I asked for support and Juliana helped me out. She did it right away a few seconds after my request on Saturday night, it was extremely fast and easy. I'm gratefully impressed without mentioning I'm using a free version of one of the Avada Apps.

**Update: App is very responsive, has everything needed and the customer service was wonderful- Highly recommend**

So far the app seems to be just what I need- Although I just started playing around with it- Had 1 small hiccup, but customer service (Hakeem) was very quick and efficient in taking care of it!

Excellent app and excellent support by the team .The support extended was lightning fast and the thing is the chat gets automatically activated and an agent hops in there to address your requirements.

Lydia was a customer support agent for Avada, an app development company. She was extremely helpful in assisting me navigate through the various apps that Avada offered.
