With so many products on our website, navigating can be confusing for customers. Every contact that comes through the Chatty app is a great opportunity to learn and tweak the info we feed it. Mình dùng Chatty trên Shopify được một thời gian và cảm thấy khá hài lòng, giao diện dễ làm quen, cài đặt cũng nhanh giúp việc quản lý tin nhắn khách hàng trở nên dễ dàng hơn.
Đội ngũ hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, mình gặp 1 số vấn đề nhưng nhờ bạn Hazel đã hỗ trợ mình cực kỳ nhanh chóng, giải quyết được vấn đề.
Nói chung thì Chatty là một ứng dụng đáng thử nếu bạn muốn cải thiện trải nghiệm chat và chăm sóc khách hàng trên Shopify.
