Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat

This app does everything I need it to and more. The only reason I don't give it the 5 is because it was hard for me to learn it. Thankfully their customer support is fantastic. The customer service rep, Mirra, was definitely 5 star help! I'm still learning the app but I know I'll master it soon with their help.

Ik ben nog aan het testen. Heeft nog tijd nodig voordat het volledig geoptimaliseerd is. Hou wel rekening dat je tijd moet besteden aan het juiste prompts en verzamelen van informatie. Je kunt wel rekenen op de hulpdesk van Chatty. Ik ben snel en goed geholpen door het team, waaronder Hazel.

The app has some issues but the support is excellent! Hana was very helpful in quickly guiding me to the solution of my request.

A few hiccups during the learning process but I will say once it gets going the chat is super helpful to our customers and helps scale back our time spent on customer service. If we do run into an error every now and then the support team, specifically Hazel, if super quick to respond and provide help on the spot.

We've been using the app for a little while now and it has been relatively easy to use and the customer service is quick, very helpful, and friendly. Hana, has been especially helpful in working through an issue we had with the service. She was prompt and stayed with me until it was resolved.

Excelente, todo bien, a pesar de que tuvimos algunos problemas técnicos al principio, todo el equipo estuvo trabajando para solucionarlo, creo que queda muy poco para que este al 100%, por ahora dejo 4 estrellas por que me falta que una tremenda herramienta como ésta esté al 100%. Fantastic app for AI and integration with Shopify. Support is always on hand and super fast at replying!

Only feedback is it can't auto assign to agents in order when you run the AI at the same time - which can be hard when you have multiple agents active every day.

We've been using this app for about 4 months now, and we just recently upgraded our plan to access some other features (more products for AI to learn from, more agents etc.) - so far it's worked pretty well for us. Their chat support is also very responsive.
