App bugging. We lost 1 day of customer support. We lost many customer requests. Customer support was not hurry to fix the problem. As a small company, we cannot afford to lose customer trust.

First, I am truly sorry for the frustration this caused. I completely understand how serious it is to lose access to your customer messages, even for a short time, and you had every right to expect better from us.

After your report, our development team investigated this thoroughly, and on our end the inbox is loading and displaying messages correctly, with no error found in the system. Because of that, we suspect something specific to your browser may be interfering with the app. Could you let us know whether you have any browser extension installed that might be blocking or modifying the app, such as an ad blocker, privacy or script blocker? That would help us pinpoint what happened on your side.

I can see you have uninstalled Chatty, and I completely understand that decision. If you are open to it, I would be grateful if you would consider reinstalling so our team can work with you directly and make sure everything runs smoothly this time. We are here and ready to support you.

A few hiccups during the learning process but I will say once it gets going the chat is super helpful to our customers and helps scale back our time spent on customer service. If we do run into an error every now and then the support team, specifically Hazel, if super quick to respond and provide help on the spot.

As a new customer, my experience with Chatty has been very positive so far. The application is easy to use, works smoothly, and has been performing quite well for our store's needs.

What has impressed me the most is the quality of customer support. Hazel and Finn (the tech guy) have been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional whenever I needed assistance. Their support made the setup process much easier and gave me confidence in using the app.

Although I'm still relatively new to the platform, my experience up to now has been excellent, and I appreciate the team's dedication to helping merchants succeed.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about the Chatty app on Shopify! The customer service alone is NEXT LEVEL.

From the moment I started using it, the team has been incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. A huge shoutout to **Sonny**, who went above and beyond to help me with customizations and making sure everything matched my brand perfectly. Not only did they fix issues quickly, but they also took the time to explain things so I could understand and manage it moving forward.

This AI assistant is great but requires a lot of training and instructions, but staff seems like they are working hard to keep improving it. Staff is also helpful if you run into any issues. Props to staff Andy for helping out.

This is the first app I looked into, and I can say it offers so many features which I was not expecting. What makes it better, and I think this is most important is the customer service. The team is available 24/7 and they go above and beyond even helping if you have difficulties in any areas. Overall the features are easy to navigate, and I like the fact you are able to style the chat the way you want. I would recommend to others, it is a 10/10 for me!!!

I recently started using Chatty for my Shopify store and the experience has been excellent from the start. Their support team was quick to respond to every question I had during setup, and they didn't just point me in the right direction — they walked me through everything step by step. When I was still having trouble with a particular issue, they went above and beyond and offered to jump in and handle it directly. That level of hands-on support is rare and genuinely made a difference. The Chatty AI assistant is great, and the customer service from Jade was excellent. The optimisations she helped implement have greatly improved the responses delivered to customers. Highly recommend!

DO NOT INSTALL — Unauthorized charges
Terrible experience. This app charges you without your consent and without any prior notification. I never authorized any payment, yet charges appeared on my Shopify billing.
It is completely unacceptable for an app listed on the Shopify App Store to operate this way. There is zero transparency — they charge merchants behind their backs. This is not a mistake, it is an abusive business practice.
If you already have this app installed, go to Settings → Billing immediately and review every charge. And if you're considering installing it, don't. They will charge you without asking.
Shopify needs to seriously review developers like this who take advantage of merchants' trust.

NO INSTALEN ESTA APP — Cobros no autorizados
Experiencia terrible. Esta aplicación realiza cargos sin tu consentimiento y sin ningún tipo de aviso previo. Nadie autorizó esos cobros y aun así aparecieron en mi facturación de Shopify.
Es inaceptable que una app listada en la tienda de Shopify opere de esta manera. Actúan con total falta de transparencia, cobrándole al comerciante a sus espaldas. Eso no es un error, es una práctica abusiva.
Si ya la tienen instalada, vayan inmediatamente a Configuración → Facturación y revisen cada cargo. Y si están pensando en instalarla, no lo hagan. Les van a cobrar sin preguntar.
Shopify debería revisar seriamente a este tipo de desarrolladores que se aprovechan de la confianza de los comerciantes.

It was a great experience, the help was great and friendly, and Linda was extremely helpful. This is a must if you want your customers to feel more included! Recently, I had a problem where my store wouldn't show any of the features, but the help team easily helped, and the problem was fixed. 100% satisfaction! ;)
