Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat

I have tried a couple of AI bots, but Chatty is the best by far and it keeps improving. From day 1 the support has been great and probably one year on (maybe more) the support is still just as good. Not is it just good, but they are also proactive and will look at your set-up and suggest improvements. Linda was helping me with an issue the other day and the support provided could not have been better. It's a recommend from me.

I implemented Chatty after trying a few other alternatives and stuck with it. As I had my own messy code work done on the website, I ran into a few troubles tweaking Chatty to my exact needs, but Chatty's customer service team was incredibly patient and dedicated, and fixed it all for me.
I am super thankful, and now, after taking Chatty into use, I am discovering useful "insider" features I had no idea about, helping me serve my customers even better.

I love chatty!!! It has saved me hours and hours of answering simple customer questions and requests! Plus saving money on hiring a person to fill this position. The help desk is amazing as well and helped me in fact today try to figure out a question. Andy did an amazing job and I will be adding chatty to my other website as well!

As a new customer, my experience with Chatty has been very positive so far. The application is easy to use, works smoothly, and has been performing quite well for our store's needs.

This is the first app I looked into, and I can say it offers so many features which I was not expecting. What makes it better, and I think this is most important is the customer service. The team is available 24/7 and they go above and beyond even helping if you have difficulties in any areas. Overall the features are easy to navigate, and I like the fact you are able to style the chat the way you want. I would recommend to others, it is a 10/10 for me!!!

It was a great experience, the help was great and friendly, and Linda was extremely helpful. This is a must if you want your customers to feel more included! Recently, I had a problem where my store wouldn't show any of the features, but the help team easily helped, and the problem was fixed. 100% satisfaction! ;)

I work around midnight, their support team is always there when I need them. When the chatbot couldn't fully resolve my issue, it seamlessly transferred me to a real person.

I was connected with Nana, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient, gave me clear, step-by-step instructions, and made sure I got the exact right answer. It’s rare to find such high-quality, patient live support in the middle of the night.

UPDATE: I originally gave this app a two-star review. Within just 48 hours of posting my feedback, the Chatty team implemented audible desktop notifications for live chat—exactly the feature I was hoping for.

I'm genuinely impressed by how quickly they listened to customer feedback and delivered a solution. That level of responsiveness is rare, and it has completely changed my experience with the app.
