Thanks to the customer service staff named "Lydia" for helping me. I feel that this software is very good and has fulfilled my basic requirements.
I have a small suggestion, I hope this team can develop a real-time chat function, I think I will support this application in the first place.

So far so good. Just installed it and worked on the settings and setup and had some issues which I got help with from the support. It was quick connection with the agent and great communication and support. Good job.
